From Rachel:

"When the idea for The Nest was born, it was as if it had been here all along. The gardens at Giving Tree are the ideal setting for a post massage moment (or many) of reflection, gratitude, and deeper peace. The two entities of the Nest and Giving Tree flow together perfectly. My mother, Judith, and myself strived to create a space with the gardens that would make people feel more held and loved. The fact that Christine has now created the physical incarnation of this desire in her perfectly appointed "Nest" is simply a beautiful thing! I can't imagine a better place to come to treat oneself to the gift and luxury of a massage. With french doors that open onto the upper gardens, and paths that beckon you to explore, through the bamboo and meditation gardens, my hope is that "The Nest" will be the beginning, or end, of your trip to the Giving Tree, and leave you feeling totally inspired and wonderful!"

About Giving Tree Gallery and Gardens

Twenty-two years ago, Judith Smith had a vision for a place that would gather and celebrate local art and artists. For the next two decades she worked tirelessly to create what is now Giving Tree Gallery and Gardens. On 5 acres of land, the theme of Giving Tree has always been "where art and nature meet". the gallery itself is a beautiful, bright space, with tons of light and walls painted 'Giving Tree Green." The many glass cases are overflowing with the most contemporary and meaningful jewelry that seek to satisfy both the eye and the spirit. Entering the gardens from the gallery is an experience in exploration. A five acre path winds through a bamboo forest, a glass meditation garden and a labryinth of rocks and grass. From there a thin walking trail runs along the marsh, until one meets the 'swinging rope bridge', a 52' permanent work of art!. The bridge leads to our upper gardens, filled with steel and bronze sculpture and some natural, ephemeral works as well. Christine Cummings, "The Nest" is an adorable space that fits perfectly into the natural, beautiful, setting of Giving Tree Gallery and Gardens
